What to include
- What you want the models to do, in your own words.
- Roughly how much of it — requests per day, documents, users.
- Whether the data has to stay inside your network, and why.
- What you are running on now, if anything.
- When you need it working.
None of it has to be precise. A rough answer to all five is more useful than an exact answer to one.
